Very horrible service from the service department Elijah Radkovich. I came in he very unprofessional very cocky. He tried to upscale not even knowing what was wrong with my car. I visited the dealership last week to get a fuse changed They said they needed my car for a couple hours to check Sounded kind of strange but I waited After 2 1/2 hours I was told my radio was broken an They said they needed my car for a couple hours to check Sounded kind of strange but I waited After 2 1/2 hours I was told my radio was broken and they can replace it with a new one for $ 3,601.47 I said no so the service representative left fo a few minutes and came back with a photograph of a car with the interior dash board torn apart and said it would be easier to exchange the radio now I refused and called for a ride home 10 minutes later the car was ready for me witch tells me the photo was fake I left and went to a Midas dealer I use They found the the plug in charger adapter didn’t work Nothing was wrong with my radio !!, last time I went there they told me I need brakes but I had just got new brakes a few weeks before The service department have a horrible reputation and they certainly lived up to it Don’t trust these people , they are inherently dishonest Not only will I never go back to Lexus of Bellevue,I’ll never buy a Lexus again Stay away from this place !!! More

I had called and told them I wanted diagnostics ran and fixed. I told them about the before I went! They said it would cost me 1000.00 for diagnostic after they saw the car, they didn’t even look at the engine! They didn’t like the cracked windshield! Who owns this place?! I called Tacoma branch and they said 195.84 for diagnostic! I hope they go out of business! More

They added 6000 dollars to the price Dishonest and lies in the sales!!! Be Careful! When I went to test drive a used Lexus the salesman was a snake. They added 6000 dollars to the price stating that there were "aftermarket" protections and parts added to ALL VEHICLES ON THE LOT. This fee according to the salesman "is in the fine print on the website". He said he would need manager approval to remove it. He then ONLY agreed to negotiate a lower APR if I agreed to GAP insurance. After telling him no to that he stated the "Lender requires it". This is not true AT ALL! The salesman was dishonest and likely makes extra money using this tactic. Avoid Lexus of Bellevue! More

I went to test drive Lexus Rx350. The general ambience is good. The staff who addressed me was very courteous and answered most of the questions and were upfront about pricing and loan rates. I was given 2019 pre owned car for test drive and it had a engine vibration in the intial acceleration and braking distance was high. These are artifacts of old car with 12k miles on it .I was surprised about performance of the car as against consumer reports. Peach who attended me asked me to factor in the fact that the car is more than 2 years old. If you are going there for test drive, be specific about requesting the latest version of the car you want to drive. It's not worth the time test driving an old car with outdated interiors and with issues mentioned above. Having transparent communication ahead about lack of latest year car for test drive would have saved few hours of my Sunday. More

After picking up the truck, the radio tuner brought my gx470 in for an immobilizer reset and to get new keys cut due to no master key availability. After picking up the truck, the radio tuner no longer worked. I let them know within 5 minutes of leaving the dealership as that's when I noticed. They gave me the runaround, I brought the vehicle back in for diagnostic and they told me there was no correlation between my radio working when I brought it in and not working when I drove it out. They deemed themselve 100% not responsible and I'm left with a broken radio head unit and no recourse. Absolutely stunning customer service. Use there massively price inflated service department with caution, they won't stand behind their work. These guys are crooks. I love my Lexus, but wouldn't recommend anyone do business with Lexus of Bellevue. More
Awful service experience - won’t be back! To charge me $100 to test my battery (that has died 4x in 3 months). Professionalism could certainly be improved as well. Overall a very negative experience.
