I phoned to schedule an appointment with Jimmy, my trusted service advisor, but spoke to a general phone operator because he was on vacation. I requested a loaner car, but the operator said loaners ar trusted service advisor, but spoke to a general phone operator because he was on vacation. I requested a loaner car, but the operator said loaners are not available for basic maintenance. The reason I bought a Lexus was the customer service and special treatment like free car washes, awesome detail washes for a fee, and free loaners. You bagged the free washes (interior), detail washes, and seem to be doing away with loaners, which changes the value proposition of such a car. I love my car and Jimmy is great, but getting a phone operator to schedule appointments and ditching interior washes, detail washes — which I will pay for — reduces the value proposition of a Lexus. More
