The entire experience was excellent in every way, starting with Paul Sakahara reaching out to discuss options on replacing our previous RX350 before the lease end. The whole sales process were very smoothly and efficiently, with a minimum of pressure and plenty of good advice on the options. We had to wait a few weeks for the new RX350 to arrive and did the full trade-in/lease in a few hours. A couple of things stand out: the up front offer of a price concession -- at a time when some dealerships are tacking on large premiums -- and the straightforward way in which the ‘equity’ in the trade-in was included in the negotiations. The settlement process was the best we have ever had from any dealership or car purchase. No pressure to buy low value options and very efficient processing of the contract. The whole experience was efficient, friendly and as relaxed as a car purchase can be. More
