I want to comment on Alex as he made our purchasing experience fabulous. We knew going in we were going to purchase a Lexus ES350 or the RX350. Alex was so very professional, polite, energetic, a pleasure to speak with, made us feel comfortable, and most importantly he completely gave us a run down of all the features of both cars. He showed us hands on everything. Due to the cold conditions, he pulled both cars into the service center and very thoroughly gave us opportunity to see both cars side by side as well as drive them both. He told us all the features indepth to the point we had almost NO questions for him. He is customer service all the way!!!! I would recommend Alex again to anyone buying a Lexus. He did followup later and when i saw him in the service center 3 wks later, he stopped and made sure all was ok. You have a great employee - energetic, but not pushy!!!! More
We went to purchase a new 2013 RX350 from Arlington Lexus. Rich and Garry were very professional and gave us a fair and straight forward price. Terry was also excellent is going through all the features of the car especially some of the more hi-tech functions of build-in navigation system. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. More

Alex Castro was my salesperson. I was able to strike up an email dialog with Alex for several weeks to get the ballpark pricing on a used CT 200h. At first, the dialog was the usual. I was unhappy with the used pricing, and Alex informed me that there were several models, brand-new, but one model year old. I was intrigued and wanted to see the car in person. I work in a field that requires me to work long hours without many days off (another reason why I started an email dialog rather than speaking over the phone, as I did not have the time to do that). Alex was very patient with me, and he didn't even give me any grief when I was unable to make our first scheduled appointment, which I had to cancel due to an emergency at work. I ended up purchasing a brand new CT 200h and getting my asking price on my trade-in (price matched from CarMax's quote). So far, I am very pleased with my purchase (only 2 days old), and I'm very interested to see if I will be able to continue a customer relationship with Arlington Lexus (by far, not the closest Lexus dealership to my residence). I'll likely go to the Lexus dealership nearest me for now, but if I relocate in the future, closer to Arlington Lexus, I will likely begin going there for any routine work. Thanks to Alex Castro. My experience was relatively painless, as car purchases tend to be. Alex was not overly pushy/aggressive. He did not pressure me into my purchase. In fact, I was sold on it, and basically had to ask him to begin the paperwork. So all in all, my experience was a good one. Had Alex been more aggressive/pushy, I would likely still be driving my original car, which ran great and would likely have lasted me 6-7 more years. But I'm really enjoying the new Lexus, and hopefully will for the next decade or more. More
I had visited a number of other dealerships before I drove over 70 miles to talk with Marty. At this Lexus dealer they were honest Nd straightforward with what they could or could not do. Another dealer as actually dishonest with me and changed the numbers when I got there. I plan to return to buy my next car from them because they earned my trust. More
Even though this dealership is not close to our house, it is worth the drive. We decided to trade in my 2001 RX300 with 200K miles for a newer RX. Alex Castro was our sales person and he was great! He was friendly, patient, very informative, and there was absolutely no pressure. There was a great lease incentive going on, so we ended up leasing a new 2013 RX350 and so far we are very happy with it. Jesse Moreno was the finance guru and he made it absolutely painless. Terry Krawczyk was our delivery coordinator. He showed us how to operate everything on the car, explained all the bells and whistles, customized my settings, set up the phone, bluetooth, etc. Terry was also super nice, and so knowledgeable and patient. I know purchasing/leasing a car can be stressful, but Alex, Jesse and Terry really made it enjoyable. More

After my husband and I made the decision to buy, he accommodated our schedule and was very fair in negotiating terms. I was equally impressed with Terry Krawczyk who helped me understand all of the features and functionality of the car to maximize safety and enjoyment. He was very patient, friendly, and informative which helped me adjust quickly as a Lexus first time owner. The financing with both Carmine Gulli and Hugh Stinnette was surprising painless as they explained every option a long the way to help me make the right decision based on my driving habits. They were competitive with other offers I had for financing. I was very impressed by this entire team. I would encourage anyone to visit this dealership. More

We are from out of State and found an IS250C Ultrasonice Blue at this location for an awesome price which only had one (1) previous owner and low low miles. The only thing that we notice was a little scratch on the top, but who looks at the top of any car. Especially, if it is a covertible. Jamie Brown was our sales representative and he was awesome, friendly and kind. This was our first experience with purchasing a vehicle of our liking out of State. We live down south and this color our Lexus Dealership could not find and/or locate within their district which was not cool. :( We went out on the web online to track down the Lexus of our liking and every other dealership may have just sold one and/or did not have the color we were seeking. Then, we stumbled on this dealership and there it was that awesome tru blu color. So, we contacted the dealership and worked close with a gentleman name Jamie Brown. There was no way they could have shipped the Lexus to our location; therefore, other options had to come into place. A flight had to be arranged to go purchase it and drive it back. So, Lex us fly. :) Jamie Brown and the business manager was nice enough to re-imburse for flight arrangements etc. to come up to see the vehicle and test drive the vehicle prior to purchasing. At first, we thought that was insane or a little weird. Jamie Brown walked us through the entire process as this was new to us. The transition went smoothly and they were able to meet our every needs. Once we landed; Jamie Brown sent a driver to pick us up from the airport to take us to their dealership. The staff was very friendly and professional. This dealship is worth purchasing any vehicle from because they care about their customers and their vehicles. That being said; the next time there is a need for any Lexus that our Lexus Dealership can not find within their district, this Dealership will be on top of our list. :) They exceeded above the 100% customer service satisfaction with our purchase experience. I spoke to a salesperson about a used ES they and drove nearly 100 miles to see it. When I got there the car had been sold nearly three days earlier. They had made a "mistake". I went to the dealership to change the oil. After work was complete, I checked a deepstick and it was dirty and dark like the oil has never been changed. The service rep. told me that this is normal for o was complete, I checked a deepstick and it was dirty and dark like the oil has never been changed. The service rep. told me that this is normal for oil not to be light but agreed to change it again for my comfort. After the change, I checked the oil again and was clean and light like it should be (I check my oil after every oil change on all my cars and it is always light and clean after the change). The service rep. has never apploligized or accepted the fact that technician did not change the oil. By the way, the oil change is $55.00. I will never go to this place again. More
