They also have a loaner ready anytime I need one if I don’t have time to stay and enjoy the facility. All the staff are friendly and helpful. This is our 5th Lexus through Arlington Lexus, and Jamie Brown in new car sales is the best. More

In an unhurried fashion, Tom reviewed my service records then Today I took my Lexus LS (with 54,000 ) miles to the service manager, Tom Pronzinski. In an unhurried fashion, Tom reviewed my service records then shared his professional advice. (This LS will be given to a family member in the next two months.) Tom scanned the database in order to select the exact high-performance new tires for this model. I asked him to replace the battery,wiper blades and do a wheel alignment. Tom provided a loaner car and this service was completed in a matter of hours . I look forward to purchasing the new 2018 LS so I can continue this “win win” partnership with Arlington Lexus and Tom . More
