A typical auto purchase experience. Nothing special. Nice facility which must have cost a lot of money. Know that you’re paying for the leather chair that you’re sitting in. They lost the second key fob for the car we were purchasing and failed to transfer or city sticker. Once we said yes to the deal they moved on. Also, they claimed to be negotiating with another person who was interested in purchasing our trade in. They eventually gave us $2,100 for the trade. I checked their website a few days later an our car was listed for over $4,600. Again, typical car sales tactics. Don’t let the Lexus nameplate fool you. They might as well be a used car lot on a street corner, except for the fancy leather chairs and the curved panel TV. More

He takes the time to explain them and he is very patient, making sure that the customer understands and is able to use all of those features. He always goes out of his way to make the customer feel comfortable and like he is their good friend. Tim Webb and Mike Librizzi are also extremely helpful. They take the time to listen to what the customer needs and to make sure that it gets done. They are very prompt in returning calls and making the customer feel important. More
