Going above and beyond My inside door handle stopped working on my RX350. The repair was not covered under my extended warranty and I was 1,000 over my warranty mileage. Haresh talked with his manager, and he agreed to to the repair for free as a one time customer courtesy. I was very happy to have been extended this courtesy.
