This is my first Lexus. What a great experience from start to finish. Kristen was such a professional. She answered all of my questions but didn't pressure me to buy. I couldn't believe how smoothly the finance portion went. Ronnie was great to work with. I especially loved the celebration. It was so much fun & made me feel so special. Drew showed us all of the technology to make sure I could navigate everything in my car. It was an amazing experience! I cant imagine buying any other car than a Lexus from Lexus of Akron Canton.
