I recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Akron-Canton, and the experience was truly exceptional. Mike Gentile was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in, even though I didn’t have an Akron-Canton, and the experience was truly exceptional. Mike Gentile was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in, even though I didn’t have an appointment. He took the time to show me all the cars and options available, providing outstanding customer service. I had previously visited Park Lexus but didn’t receive the level of care and attention I was hoping for, which is why I made the trip to the Akron-Canton location—and I’m so glad I did. After the purchase, Drew Spargrove was incredibly helpful in explaining the technical features of the car. The RX 350 has a lot of new technology I wasn’t familiar with, and Drew patiently walked me through everything. He explained how to use the dashboard and other advanced features, taking the time to go over even the smallest details. His guidance made it so much easier for me to feel confident driving my new car and fully enjoying all the features it offers. Ruth Ham was also fantastic in helping us with financing. She was straightforward, answered all my questions, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated her assistance and professionalism. The entire team at Lexus of Akron-Canton was welcoming and made the experience enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and willing to help. I also have to mention their coffee machine—the lattes are amazing! Overall, I highly recommend Lexus of Akron-Canton to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
