Kristen did a great job giving us lots of options to choose from that met our specifications and helping us get the exact right car for us! She was prompt and responsive in her communication, always wan choose from that met our specifications and helping us get the exact right car for us! She was prompt and responsive in her communication, always wanting to make sure we had the best experience possible. We did not feel that way about Ruth in finance. She was rather rough to work with - sarcastic and at one point mocking us for choosing to use a local detailer to do the ceramic coating for us (“oh yeah, every guy has a guy of their own”). I did not appreciate the negative commentary, nor the foray into politics. I understand that people are trying to sell a product, but the way she went about it made us feel very uncomfortable and we couldn’t get out of the finance office fast enough. More
