I have owned 4 Lexus cars, and this one, the NX 450h+, is my favorite one yet. It is very easy to pass Trucks on the highway because of its amazing acceleration, comfortable, quiet and I have been averaging my favorite one yet. I have owned a Lexus for the past 14 years, and have always used Lexus for service. Today that changed. After scheduling a multi-day drop off with a loaner, the dealership let me drive into the facilit always used Lexus for service. Today that changed. After scheduling a multi-day drop off with a loaner, the dealership let me drive into the facility to tell me they were out of loaner cars. Sales has always taken good care of me, and I highly recommend dealing with Tammy, but be wary of the service department. More
