I cannot express enough how amazing Yoko has been to me. I live in North Carolina and chose to bypass my local lexus dealer and work with Lexus of Akron due to the customer service that I received. There was clear and frequent communication and I was never left in the dark about anything. I also want to give praises to Ruth who was amazing with communicating the costs and dealer options. When purchasing a vehicle remotely it’s important to have clear communication and the team has been nothing but stellar. I ultimately chose not to purchase the vehicle at this time due to unforeseen circumstances with my family health, however I will most definitely move forward with Yoko in the future. We fell in love with this new green color but the Columbus Lexus dealer couldn't find one for us. In looking at other dealers we found it at the Akron/ Canton Lexus .Yoko stayed in touch and let us Columbus Lexus dealer couldn't find one for us. In looking at other dealers we found it at the Akron/ Canton Lexus .Yoko stayed in touch and let us know when they could get it in. She was very attentive and so nice to work with.
