The first time we went, we were pretty much ignored, but maybe its because we didnt ask for any help and couldnt find the car we wanted. Luckily, we gave this place a 2nd chance and after that, we were help maybe its because we didnt ask for any help and couldnt find the car we wanted. Luckily, we gave this place a 2nd chance and after that, we were helped greatly by our salesguy Gary. Unfortunately, the car we wanted to test drive / maybe purchase was not available and we put a deposit on a future car to test drive. A week later, we saw the car at another dealership, after test driving it, we were going to purchase that vehicle, but the salesperson and sales manager were a bit off putting. It left a distaste. We were thinking of canceling with Gary too, but then decided we would rather buy from him instead if he had the car available on his lot. Unfortunately, the one we wanted was with the other dealership and they dont particularly seem interested in trading it to Gary's dealership, so instead Gary asked for a couple of days and luckily was able to find one coming to port in a few days. The car arrived on time. The sales process was smooth. Everything went well until we took it for the ceramic exterior and interior protection. Which the service said interior was not included. After speaking with Gary again, he was able to include the interior at their expense for the miscommunication. Overall, I give it 5 stars because of the quality of attention, service and friendly manner without the normal pressure or sometimes scam feeling you get whenever one purchases a car from a dealership. We love the car so far and its a welcome addition to our garage. We would recommend Gary and Stevens Creek Lexus to our friends and family as well as purchase from him again. More

Had a great experience from creating the appointment, car service intake, monitoring of service progress, follow-up from Jaimie, and return of cleaned-up vehicle. Jaimie's team also noticed a nail imbedded in one of my tires, which I purchased from them more than a year ago. Jaimie checked and found out it was still within warranty, and worked behind the scenes to get it successfully approved to be replaced without charge. Note: My car is a 2011 Lexus ES 350. The Make and Model responded below is incorrect since I could not proceed without choosing an option, but Lexus is not one of the options for the "Make" dropdown.
