I was helped by Samson Du and he was awesome to work with. I took my wife’s 2018 Lexus 450h for its big 60k mile service and was offered a loaner to help get me through my workday. Work took a day and I was able to pick up my car the next day. I have always taken my car in for service to Lexus of Steven’s Creek and I wouldn’t change it for anything. Awesome people and great work.
