Because I have the extended warrantee, I needed to bring my car to the dealership for warrantee work. From beginning to end, I was totally impressed. I made an appointment. Check in was efficient, Chris Hart greeted me and explained everything. I was given a loaner and off I went. Several hours later Chris contacted me to let me know that they had thoroughly gone over the car and found several other items that needed to be repaired(all under warrantee). Several days later I picked up my freshly washed car. My experience could not have been better. More

My experience yesterday while having my car serviced at Lexus Escondido was amazing. I really appreciate how kind and friendly all of the staff was. They really went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable. I was offered $20 off dining at Vintana restaurant where I did take advantage of this and enjoyed a great lunch. I was also comp a lovely latte from the coffee shop because I was having my car serviced..this is the first time I was offered a free cup of coffee while waiting for my car and I must say I love this idea - it really makes you feel appreciated and special as a Lexus Customer.
