I had a 5k service done. They were open promptly (even a few minutes early) at 8 am on a Saturday morning and turned the car around fast before 9:30 am. I feel very strongly that this dealership understands and practices excellence in serving its customers. Specifically, their intake process is efficient; their service quality is excellent; and they attend to details. On this visit the service person noticed that my rear wiper blade was torn and so it was replaced. I was unaware of this problem. Enough said. More

My car Toyota corolla 2005, had engine light on. I brought it to a garage twice, spent $800 on it. The light kept come back in the very next day. So I brought it to Lexington Tokyota at 8:00 am without an appointment. They kindly acceptted my request and investigated my car in half hour or so, and figured out it was computer's problem. They replaced it with temission warrenty without any charge! Very honest! Very professional. More

I brought my car in for a 5000 mile checkup and new wiper blades expecting the service to take 90 minutes. It only took 60 minutes and all aspects of the service was excellent. During the visit it was determined that I needed four new tires. Susan and the staff provided me with a couple of choices and assisted me in make the best tire selection for the car and my budget. At the end of the day, they work hard to apply a number of Toyota coupons and another discount in order to get me the best price possible for the work. All in all, other great experience at Lexington Toyota where my family has been servicing our cars for almost 20 years. More
