And now as a widow and never having bought a car alone, I'd been dreading the whole event. But at Lexington Toyota - a family-owned, boutique-type dealership, I found the people AND the product I needed. Steve - the Internet connection, and Joel - the salesperson -- were amazing. I was treated with respect and, because I know people in the industry, received a fair price. Joel was thoughtful, intelligent, and symbolized the quality of service that I found at Lexington Toyota. And trust me, I did my homework at 4-5 other Toyota dealerships in the Boston area. Not only were the people great, not only was the price fair, but Joel, Steve, and Lexington Toyota found me a very rare-to-find model. Apparently, the model of RAV4 I wanted with the features I wanted in the color that I wanted was not accessible to ANY of the other dealerships I had contacted. But at Lexington Toyota, they brought in the car of my dreams from a few hundred miles away. If you're a woman who needs to buy a new or used car, I feel really comfortable referring you to Lexington Toyota in general, and to Joel in particular. I NEVER thought I'd be writing a fan letter to a car dealership. But here it is. More

I had a very uncomplicated situation: I just wanted to buy a 2011 Prius as soon as possible, and this was the closest dealership. That said, there are other dealerships in the area. I decided to work with this dealership because I wanted a straightforward, low pressure, no bull experience. Other dealerships farther away offered us special "deals" to buy from them, which turned out to be things that "just came with" the car I ended up buying right there in Lexington. Peter's definitely a salesman. He wants your business, and what he wants to sell you is... the car that you want. More

Peter Franklin was terrific all the way through the process. Very friendly, down to earth, detailed and prompt in answering questions and follow through. I was pretty particular about the car I wanted and had been to a few dealerships prior to my arrival. The particular RAV that I was looking for was hard to locate, but they did it and they did it quickly! Felt like part of the family driving my awesome car off the lot. I would highly reccomend this dealership and Peter Franklin to anyone in the market for a new car! More

He gave me an amazing car with a spectacular deal that I know I would not find anywhere else. I was very impressed with his demeanor with other sales colleagues and his attention to detail. Started new car shopping a couple weeks ago and this was the first place we went. I test drove a Corolla, but they didn't have any Prii in. Peter was no pressure, down to earth, told me what I needed to know and was great answering any questions I had. The staff was friendly and eager to help. My girlfriend has her Matrix serviced there for several years, and now I'm a fan too. Great dealer! More
