Robert Dasher was the first person that greeted me. Helpful but not personable. Was in out quickly. Had to call back the fallowing week to see if my part was in since I hadn’t heard anything yet. Eliminating rattles in a 2018 Sienna van Rattles and squeaks are probably one of the hardest problems for a technician to find and eliminate. My 2018 Sienna has had multiple rattles since I purchased it new from Lewis Toyota (it actually was delivered with over 700 miles on the odometer). The service writers and technicians were courteous, prompt and professional. However, when one rattle was eliminated another would soon appear. I am beginning to think that the van was assembled poorly, or that this might be a problem common to the Sienna van. I enjoyed the buying experience, and the service department has always been great, but I have never had a vehicle that had so many rattles. I had planned on continuing to purchase a new Sienna whenever I needed a new van as I enjoy many things about this van, but I may have to shop elsewhere when it comes time for a new van. More

Repair was done quickly and well. I knocked the right outside rear vision mirror off my car. I took it in feeling embarrassed. The staff was kind and professional.
