About a year ago, my wife and I purchased a used Lexus from Lewis Toyota. While the vehicle itself was excellent and we loved it, I have to admit the buying experience did not go well. Then, two months later, we found out we were pregnant, which meant the vehicle we just bought would soon be far too small. We soon stopped in again to see about trading our vehicle in on a Sienna, but didn’t feel as though the time/deal was right. On 1/13 we happened to be in the area and stopped in again to inquire about a Sienna. This time, we worked with Richard and Kyle. At first, it seemed as though we wouldn’t be able to afford the van we wanted, but they both worked their magic and found one for us at another dealer. And made us a fair deal INCLUDING taking our Lexus (which we were upside-down on) for trade. Then, when an ice storm threatened to ruin the deal we had made with the other dealer, Richard and Kyle came to our rescue; finding a way to get us into one of the vans already in the lot. A 2020 model, and with a better trim package. All while staying within our means. We signed the paperwork and drove away that same day (evening). I have a long history of mistrust with car dealers, but I can truly say that we were treated well, and with honesty. Richard and Kyle were great, and we will definitely be back when (if) my 4Runner finally gives out. Thank you all from the Bower Family! More

Never thought buying a car could be so fun! I originally came into Lewis Toyota for a free software update on my 2013 Prius. While I was waiting and wandering around the lot I ran into John Dash I originally came into Lewis Toyota for a free software update on my 2013 Prius. While I was waiting and wandering around the lot I ran into John Dasher (aka "JD", as I now refer to him). He kept me entertained with jokes and funny personal stories - an instantly likable guy. I was not intending on buying a vehicle AT ALL but JD told me to describe my ideal "dream vehicle" and he'd keep an eye out for something for me. I described everything in detail: color (black, black, black), interior fabric, trim type, off-road features, year, miles, suspension, etc... It was a fun thought experiment, I thought, there is no way he's going to find something. Two weeks later I get a call and an email from JD - a one-per-dealership-per-year brand new TRD PRO 4Runner. D: D: Showed up and test drove it and instantly knew I wanted it. I've never bought a new vehicle from a dealership before but I'd heard horror stories from people who purchased cars from other dealerships before so I might have not shown it, but I was a bit skeptical about the whole process and wasn't fully committed to anything. To my surprise, JD was extremely honest about how everything works and the whole sale process was very smooth. I work in sales also so I was pretty blown away by how easy he makes it for the customer - he takes ALL of the stress out of the purchase process. Even after the sale JD was extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly. For example, when the people at Lewis Toyota got done detailing/washing the vehicle he personally came out to inspect it and realized they did a half-assed job. He sent it back in before I even had to notice or say anything. He helps with recommendations for vehicle add-ons and ideas and which shops to use, which to avoid. He's a and a great communicator. He gets back to texts, calls, and emails very quickly. I highly recommend if you're going to buy a car to give JD a call! More
