I had my son with me and we were there for a few hours (that included waiting on the car to get detailed). My son gets bored really fast....Kyle Stoner can attest to that as he is a really good friend and knows my son well. I loved that the staff offered us pizza while we were there and Maggie offered us popcorn. They offered us beverages and because they were all super friendly and talked to us like people and not a sale, the few hours we were there went by like a breeze....we were having fun just visiting. They made it low key and no pressure and that's what it should be like. Plus Kyle really helped me weigh my options from a financial standpoint too. But what impressed me the most is how Kyle and the finance guy really went to bat for me and got me a great deal and interest rate on financing, despite my credit history. I cannot tell you enough, thank you from the bottom of my heart for an excellent all around experience! More

Fabulous service My Husband and I were driving from Raleigh, NC.,toGranby Colorado, in a brand new 2019 Toyota Highlander. As we drove from Nashville to Kansas City t My Husband and I were driving from Raleigh, NC.,toGranby Colorado, in a brand new 2019 Toyota Highlander. As we drove from Nashville to Kansas City the weather went from monsoonal raining(62°) to ice and snow (14°). Slush started to hit our windshield. While the wiper fluid spray worked just fine on the passenger side, nothing squirted on the driver’s window. Not good! We spent the night west of Kansas City, KS. The temperature continued to drop, 4° before wind chill. The sun was shining. We cleared the windows manually and started west on I- 70. We decided to try the window wiper spray. This time nothing happened on either side. This was not good considering we were heading to the land of ice and snow. We decided to stop at the first Toyota dealership we could find, on our way, and see if the issue could be fixed. I pulled up Lewis Toyota, Topeka, on my phone. Away we went. Immediately, upon arrival, a very nice man met us and said he would get help. He told us where the lounge was. Derek Evans, service advisor, then helped us. He was fantastic. Not only was he cheerful, but he figured out the problem and had it fixed quickly. I am sure you have guessed by now that our fluid lines were frozen. Our dealership had put in”Southern washer fluid” not the “northern” needed is such cold climates. I barely had time to drink my tasty got chocolate, provided by the dealership, before we were fixed and out the door. Lewis Toyota did not charge us ANYTHING even though someone had to stop what he was doing , attend to our issue, and fix it. We had a totally wonderful experience! Peggy And Duane More
