Customer and Sales Service was spectacular So if you need a new or used vehicle, Maggie is the one to help you out. She was great to deal with, thoughtful and direct. We had some wrinkles with the used vehicle I purchased, one around a check engine light that came on as I drove it home. Maggie was checking in with me multiple times as we worked through things. The team there completely stood behind the vehicle and made things right. What a great feeling to experience this quality of customer support. the second issue I had revolved around the post office losing the certified letter containing the title (yep, that USPS). Barb was great in helping to track things down and get a title to me so I could register. I rarely give out 5 stars and rarely right a long review...but what a great experience and others need to know that this dealership is truly a class act. More

I highly recommend Steve Ramer if you are looking to buy a Toyota in the Topeka area. He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to all of my questions, reservations, and requests. In addition, David in the service department is great! He is very knowledgeable about the services they offer and the prices and goes out of his way to not make you feel like a bother. I have had nothing but great experiences at this Toyota and will definitely be buying our next car here when the time comes! More

We had started looking at them in the summer of 2018 and Richard was the first one to approach us the day we went to the dealership. We did not buy at that time, but never forgot the kindness and attentiveness he showed us during our “first look” at the Highlanders. So, when we decided it was finally time to take the big step this year, he was the first one we went looking for! Everything went perfect..... he was so very knowledgeable.....and absolutely not pushy.....kind, soft talking......he listened to “US” and to what we wanted and together with his support system they found the exact vehicle we wanted, minus a hitch, but that was put in immediately:):) We were 100% satisfied!!!! Another reason for purchasing here in Topeka is your Service Department...... we have an older Highlander owned by my fiancé and she has used your Service Dept since 2001 (she owned an 2000 Avalon until she bought her newer one, a 2004) thus the second reason for buying here!!!
