2019 Tacoma TRD Pro purchase Wish I could have persuaded them to come down off sticker price, but was told with the Pro package they were firm with the price. Typical dealership: always has to be the buyer that comes up with more money. Eventually struck a deal, but higher price than ideal. Was relatively seamless transaction. They were patient enough to get the price down by having me considert lower optioned trucks. Post sale detailing wasn't spectacular. Wish detail shops wouldn't have slog tire dressing on tires, then not buff off the excess. The oily crap ends up slung on the body panels, but, oh well. Overall, a good experience. More

Found the vehicle, settled on a price, brought it in from out of state, and had it ready for I had a great experience working with Richard and Tony. Found the vehicle, settled on a price, brought it in from out of state, and had it ready for delivery the next day. The closing process took less that 15 minutes, received a great orientation from Kimberly and was on my way. I had a need for the service staff and they were excellent as well. A tank of bad gas purchased at a local station caused a problem and Lewis service department couldn't have been more helpful. If you haven't given the new Lewis Toyota a try, you should.
