They were very patient and very attentive on what we needed; while we expected to have our super RAV a few days later, we were surprised the next morning with a call telling us that the car that we wanted was on it's way and would be ready for viewing the morning after. I had an accident and was without a car for almost a month and I was in the middle of fieldwork for school and only had a few days before I was to start my next rotation.
