They don’t stand behind their vehicles. No support after purchase. My engine is shot and they aren’t going to help me with another vehicle. I bought a 2019 F150 from them and purchased a No support after purchase. My engine is shot and they aren’t going to help me with another vehicle. I bought a 2019 F150 from them and purchased an extended warranty up to 100,000 miles. My truck has 98,000 miles and it needs a new engine. It will be 12-18 weeks out and the warranty company is delaying approval based on causal. My maintenance records are exceptional. I do not have a car to drive in its place and Lewis Ford doesn’t care. I’ll never buy another vehicle from them again. More
This is the only Ford store I'll work with (in an area with seven 45min or less from my doorstep). I'm not a huge fan of Ford as a manufacturer because their cars are not great (I actually have to avail myself of the dealership/warranty repairs with my one Ford, vs my Toyotas I couldn't tell you the last time in 40 years I've had an unscheduled dealer visit), but Lewis is the only Ford dealership I'd ever recommend. More
Worst service department and managers without a doubt in northwest Arkansas. The manager has been notified and has done nothing for the past 2 weeks. They have had my car over a month now after taking it fo northwest Arkansas. The manager has been notified and has done nothing for the past 2 weeks. They have had my car over a month now after taking it for an oil change until this day he hasn’t called me about anything after I told him the other advisor jimmy lied to me about the leak the first time I had to take it after a month of having the car for a coolant problem. They apparently found an oil leak after being lied to plenty of times there was nothing. Now they waited until the 6 month warranty they included so they could sell it. I have been the one having to call and see what is going on the whole time. The advisor Austin apparently thought I picked up the car when he NEVER told me what repair was going to be done or if it would be covered. I called yesterday because they don’t care about the customer and the advisor told me if I was ready to pick it up that day or next day and I asked him what job was done during that 1+ month that it has been there all I got was “good question” and he was going to see and give me a call back. He hasn’t done a single thing. He couldn’t tell me the work that was done but wanted me to pick it up once the warranty ended. Stanley the manager was supposed to give me a call and never did since they don’t care once the car sells. More
