Ford issued a recall on F150 trucks for an issue with towing. I was contacted by one of their service advisors. Stephanie and she set up mobile service to take care of the recall for my truck. She did a great job and was very easy to work with a very friendly. She also followed up to make sure I was informed of what was happening and when. I can’t say enough good about her service.
