I love Lester Glenn, it is the only dealership (s) to go too purchase a vehicle or have your vehicle repaired, serviced, or have it maintenance on it.. When you first arrive you go inside, after someone too purchase a vehicle or have your vehicle repaired, serviced, or have it maintenance on it.. When you first arrive you go inside, after someone takes and moves your vehicle, there is a coffee machine, that makes everything., not just coffee, hot chocolate, Lattes, etc. Its a great waiting area, clean, smells nice .I have a Subaru, it is my first Subaru and I LOVE it,. My Service Writer Is Kathy Ottmer, She comes to you and you go to where she is stationed and you advise her what is going on, she listen's well, understands what you are saying, she is so patient,. Kathy has been my service writer for decades.She is excellent , professional, friendly, caring person.. She is an asset to the Lester Glenn. She tells you what us going on, what is needed, what you should do and soon, Always keeping you updated. The last tech who worked on my car, was Great, My Bubble Bee as I call her, (she is yellow) is happily home with me, feeling much better. Thank you to the tech who did a Great job and repairing her. Thank you Kathy for knowing what to do and getting it done. The Receptionist employees are all great, polite, friendly. I take good care of my car because of Lester Glenn Service, which I drive an hour and half to get serviced, or maintenance on it. I cannot tell you how many people stop me, telling me how much they love the yellow color of my vehicle. One girl parents saw me at the bank, and they must went home, for suddenly a car is coming in quickly and parks next to me, I got nervous I thought I was getting car jacked. The girl came out and said omg, That is the one I wanted. After my heart when back into my chest, we chatted. She loves her car, think was blue , said dealership she went to could not find it, I said you should go to Lester Glenn, They will find you anything you want, in the color you want. Good thing I keep business cards in my car of where I purchase it. I gave her names too to reach out too. . I love this Lester Glenn Subaru Dealership , from start to finish, the experience is always Excellent, you know your vehicle is getting serviced the right way, properly. The Techs are the best, for they check your vehicle thoroughly all over. If see something they inform Kathy and she lets you know. I cannot express how happy I am going there, how comfortable, welcomed I am there, and how valued as a person/customer I am made to feel, ,.I want to say Kerry Monica Jr, is the Best too, comes out and greets you, ask how you are, thanks you for coming to them. Lester Glenn Subaru is the only dealership I would always go too . I can't say enough about Lester Glenn, I was on a long run with Pine Belt Nissan, I never had an issue with the cars I bout there except one used one that I found out after my purchase had been in a serio run with Pine Belt Nissan, I never had an issue with the cars I bout there except one used one that I found out after my purchase had been in a serious accident but I always felt my arm being twisted and I never brought my cars to them for service because they always told me I needed to do very expensive service and it felt like a ripoff Lester Glenn has always treated me with respect, and I never had a problem with any of my cars and the service is excellent, bot me and my car are treated well.
