Lester Glenn Subaru

I have only good things to say about all of the Lester Glenn dealerships from which I have purchased many cars. My only issue this time was the totally unexpected "report card" on my 2021 Forrester. I have 26K miles on the car and was informed my battery testing suggested I needed a new battery. I honestly don't remember having to replace a battery at such a low mileage. But, that's not the bad part- a battery for my car would cost close to $500!! I don't even use the Stop/Start system that came with the car and is always turned off as soon as I start my engine. This is supposedly one of the reasons these batteries don't last long. I wish I had known, but it was standard on the car. Not the dealers fault, but I think cars equipped with this system (it should be optional) should come with a warning about the battery cost. More
