Ekaterina in the service dept. was very helpful and efficient. She kept me apprised of how service was going and when it would be completed. My only issue was that it took almost was very helpful and efficient. She kept me apprised of how service was going and when it would be completed. My only issue was that it took almost an hour and a half to change the oil and rotate the tires. Much too long in my opinion since I had an appointment. More

Mr. Cameron was very knowledgeable not only about the brand but this facility in particular. He took his time to explain the ins and outs of the Subaru I originally looked at and after discussing the is brand but this facility in particular.
