Nicole is always amazing and always goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is caring, empathetic, and professional, which makes you know as a customer that you are in good hands. As far as Lester Glenn Subaru as a whole, it is an overall good experience, but not great. The Collision Center is disorganized and cannot keep track of paperwork, so I never got the sticker for my car hood. I also find the constant marketing about trade up offer and the persistently annoying sales people a turn off. More
