Hi John, We understand your frustration. When you visited our service department in June with your initial concerns about your vehicle's air conditioning system, our technician diagnosed your vehicle as experiencing a leak at the expansion valve o-ring. We replaced the condenser expansion valve and low-side fitting toe at the compressor. We then recharged your system and tested it to ensure it was working as intended. All signs indicated that it was operating as intended. Unfortunately, after several months and an additional 5,000 miles traveled on your vehicle, when you experienced additional concerns with your air conditioning system, our technician diagnosed the new concern as requiring a new compressor. Our team presented you with these findings and you declined the repair. If there's anything we can do to assist you further, please do not hesitate to reach out to our service management team. Hi Kiele, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience with our team. It’s our goal to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. We have shared this review with our management team and have spoken to our General Manager, Jamie. We understand that you traded in your vehicle on September 18th and completed a deal for a new vehicle. Your sales representative reached out to you on September 20th to thank you for your business and see how your new vehicle was, which you responded that it was fine and you were currently at work. Your sales representative also reached out to you two additional times via email and once via text message in the week that followed to check in with you. Approximately one week after your deal was completed, our team also reached out asking for an additional document that we needed, which you informed us that you could not help us get. On 10/2 we were made aware, for the first time, that you were not happy with trading in your prior vehicle and wanted to take your previous vehicle back and resume your previous vehicle loan. Unfortunately, by this time, our team had paid off the loan associated with the vehicle you traded in, processed the vehicle through our service center and completed repairs and reconditioning on the vehicle you traded in totaling approximately $3,000. Our management team has been in contact with you to discuss this further and provided you with additional options given the chain of events that have taken place, but have been unable to resolve this with you as of yet. Our team will remain in contact with you to offer assistance however we can, but the circumstances of this transaction does affect us given the work completed on your vehicle. We take feedback and accusations such as the ones you made in your review very seriously and are doing everything we can to assist you to the best of our ability. Finally, we understand that you have spoken with our General Manager Jamie, and that he is working to assist you with repurchasing your vehicle. Thank you again for your feedback.
