Ekaterina in the service dept. was very helpful and efficient. She kept me apprised of how service was going and when it would be completed. Mr. Cameron was very knowledgeable not only about the brand but this facility in particular. I appreciate your service I just wish you would give more details on fluid levels and brake width. When I go to Jiffy Lube they always fill all fluid levels to the max. Your service does not. Your inspection report says that my brakes are at 8mm. I have no idea what that means. I need to see a chart with green, yellow, red makers and tell me where 8 mm stands on that chart. This is important to me as I need to know if my brakes will need to be replaced in the near future. More
