I was dealing with a family emergency where I was traveling up north everyday. While driving I started hearing a noisy when I was stopping. Nicole know what I was dealing with personality and offered me a loaner and told me that they would be completed in a few hours. Just as she stated a few hours later I received a call that it was ready. Working with Nicole was excellent.
