Initially, Leith Toyota seems very nice people but towards the end of a deal to send them a cheque for a negotiated vehicle, their true colors were exposed. After going through fraud policy and identification, and being out of state resident, the least they could have done is inform me of a new buyer. They sold the vehicle three days before my knowledge. The vehicle was sold the next day after my bank made contact for sending their cheque. I canceled a flight reservation as a result. Wished I could get a closure on why and what went wrong. I lay blame on the sales personnel Phillip and more on Wayne Hunter the sales manager. Terrible! Wouldn't even respond to my calls. More

The services they provide after the sale are many and let me know they want the sale to be the beginning of a good customer relationship, something there is not enough of lately. I knew what I was coming in for but was aware that we may not be able to close on everything because it was towards the end of the day. I got to meet with Philip who was calm and direct while being able to a not be able to close on everything because it was towards the end of the day. With being effective and efficient I was able to walk out with car that day, that was beyond what was expected at a price I couldn't pass up. More

Hello Reader. My experience with this dealership was very negative. I was quoted $ 700 plus to lease a Toyota Tacoma in which I was out raged And started to compla My experience with this dealership was very negative. I was quoted $ 700 plus to lease a Toyota Tacoma in which I was out raged And started to complain. They then adjusted the quote and brought it down to $416 dollars a month. I guess they didn't want me to continue my reaction to the first quote in front of other customers. But that's only the first issue. The Tacoma I leased has a very rough Idle and I'm concerned. I have bought 5 Toyota vehicles in my life time and none of them have a really rough idle and needle fluctuation on the RPM gauge like I'm seeing. I called Toyota and advised them of the issue, they advised me to have the dealer check it out. NO problem right. Wrong. When I brought the vehicle in I was confronted with resistance . They did not want to address my concerns and have the truck put on a diagnostic machine. I was told that Toyota will not pay for it And that there is no need because a check engine light is not on. Really you just disregard my concern and refuse to look at it. After coming back 20 mile each time twice they with reluctance agreed to look at it with a condescending attitude. I decided to take it to another dealership at this point for they made me feel unworthy of their service. No Not easy here sorry. If I could have returned return the vehicle in the three days I would have and by the way it's not a return it an exchange as I was told. Unable to do so for the Service department just had me wanting to leave as soon as I could. Oh by the way, when I asked Why they tried to charge me 700 plus. I was explained that some people come out of a higher payment and are happy with that700 + payment.. Wow This is all my opinions and my experiences. I suggest having your own. Hopefully it will be a more positive experience for some of the individuals were nice. More
