This dealership has some serious shady practices. Numerous people lied to us and would not directly answer questions. They did not search for the best percentage rate and went directly to the Toyota Numerous people lied to us and would not directly answer questions. They did not search for the best percentage rate and went directly to the Toyota finance. We should have got up and walked out of that place. But, my son found a truck he liked and wanted. He had been there so long, he didn’t look at the documents enough and got screwed on the APR. but Leith got their cut!! Avoid this dealership. Toyotas are great, Leith is not. More
For what it’s worth, even though buying a new car is not something I would enjoy doing all the time, I must say that Ernesto Casanova made the experience really good. He is pleasant, kind, helpful, and when he knew I was targeting in on seeing the three Highlanders on the lot, me with VIN numbers in hand, he took me right to them and we looked at all of them. I settled on the Wind Chill Pearl color in the XLE trim. I could not be happier. Ernesto was professional, answered my questions, and was pleasant through the whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle. I have a couple of his business cards and I will hand them out and/or make copies. This was my second trip to Leith after being on the prowl for 3 months finding what I wanted in inventory on the lot. I am so glad I returned. I look forward to working with Leith as I own my new 2024 Highlander XLE. And I look forward to saying hello to Ernesto as his schedule allows. More
AVOID this place! I had a terrible experience trading in my car for a used vehicle. After only owning the car for 6 days it was having major issues and overheating. I thought I would bring it in and they could look at it and tell me what was wrong and hopefully take care of it seeing it hadn’t been a week. NOPE! Ralph the used car manager let my car sit there for 2 whole days to not even look at it. He told me he refused to look at it and diagnose it and told me to “take it to Hyundai” I would never buy a car here again if it was the last dealership on earth. It’s people like Ralph that sour the car buying experience for everyone. But the sales guy Ernesto was very nice and helpful More
