Pre certified Van purchase We had a great experience with Solomon Dunston! Very patient and not pushy at all. He got us 'most' of what we wanted. I say this because we had asked for a full tank of gas and in the excitement of purchasing our van and getting the keys I did not look to see if the tank was full. It's was not! So I expect a full tank at some point! Also they were suppose to cleaning it throughly but when I got it home and lifted seats up there were spill stains and black gunk on the side of the doors that needed to be wiped and cleaned. All else was a great experience. I still highly recommend them, but hold them to their word. Because we held our end of the bargain by buying from them if they did all that was asked. In this case they fell short and could have done better and gave us these small requests that we had. We also had excellent customer service from Manny Arzeno! He was very personable and super friendly. Made the finance part extremely easy! More
