Easy enjoyable experience! I have always dreaded going to a dealership to buy a new car. However, this was my first experience at leith and it went against everything I have exp I have always dreaded going to a dealership to buy a new car. Amazing car - Amazing dealership I can't tell you how great it was getting my new 2016 Prius. It has been all redesigned and it is gorgeous!! If you are on the fence about getting a I can't tell you how great it was getting my new 2016 Prius. It has been all redesigned and it is gorgeous!! If you are on the fence about getting a new 2016 Prius, go for it! Leith gave me a good price for my 2008 Prius. There are so many improvements on the 2016! And deal with Fionn - he is great! Always available for me, answered all my questions, ordered my Prius and it came in sooner than they expected. It is nice to deal with a young man who is not pushy and yet very personal. Will NEVER deal with again--PERIOD!! Two MONTHS after taking my Camry in for service, the repair issue is still not resolved. I have been treated to the "runaround" so many times over th Two MONTHS after taking my Camry in for service, the repair issue is still not resolved. I have been treated to the "runaround" so many times over the past few weeks, that it is astonishing. No straight answers about what parts needed, wrong parts, who will pay (Toyota), when vehicle would be ready. Finally at a point where Toyota even tells me to TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. I swear that I will never buy or have a vehicle serviced at this dealership EVER AGAIN. The management doesn't care about customers or respond to issues, even the general manager. Emails and phone calls go unreturned. Calls from Toyota Customer Care reps are not responded to. I bought my first Camry from them over 13 years ago. I did not buy my newest one from there, but thought taking it in for service would be good since I knew them. I couldn't have been more wrong. If you need your vehicle serviced, and you didn't buy it from Leith, don't expect to be treated like a customer here. If you need warranty or Toyota-pay type work done, don't expect to be treated like anything except a thorn in their sides. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by any company that I have ever dealt with. Way to go, Leith, you have lost my business FOR LIFE. (but you don't care) More

Amazing Customer Service I had a wonderful experience at Leith Toyota! Terry Eackles answered all of my questions and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. As a fir I had a wonderful experience at Leith Toyota! Terry Eackles answered all of my questions and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. As a first time car buyer, I was a little intimidated, but Terry eased my fears and made the whole process a lot easier. He was patient and didn't pressure me at all. I also worked with Manny, who helped to answer my financial questions. They both took time to answer my questions and didn't rush me at all. I was extremely pleased with my experience, and I love my new car! More
