Model Employee I had an unfortunate interaction with a service advisor who provided inaccurate information, and blamed a bumper detachment issue on the customer. Mi I had an unfortunate interaction with a service advisor who provided inaccurate information, and blamed a bumper detachment issue on the customer. Mike Luke overheard the conversation, and politely corrected the service advisor. The bumper detachment was likely due to a repair by Leith. Mike quickly resolved the issue (took less than one minute). If it were not for Mike correcting the service provider, the service provider would have continued to deflect blame on the customer. I cannot thank Mike enough for stepping in and helping me out. Leith Toyota is lucky to have someone with his integrity on their team. More
