John was truly amazing! I went to the dealership just to shop around for a CH-R but they didn’t have any on the lot. John described the vehicle to me and then showed me the RAV4 as it was bigger in size; wh shop around for a CH-R but they didn’t have any on the lot. I knew then that he was a great guy and not just looking to sell me anything. John went over every detail about the RAV4’s before letting me test drive the one I liked. I fell in love with the vehicle, it’s so spacious and the all weather mats are a plus! After testing it out we sat down and initially I was going to come back the following day to start the process of financing but after talking with John my fiancé and I decided to go ahead and start the process. Every question we had and every need we had, John mastered. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything like most sales associates do. Even after buying the car he assisted in helping get it set up. I would highly recommend John. Also, Stanley in financing is awesome. He went over every document thoroughly with me before having me sign and he answered all of our questions. More

Efficient, friendly, transparent and hassle-free purchase I really appreciated Jae Kim's friendly demeanor and transparency during my recent purchase of a used Subaru for my son. We found the car posted on-line and arrived less than 1 hour before closing time to take it for a test drive. Jae brought the car around in short order and recommended alternate routes to use for the test drive. He answered all my questions and pointed out things I hadn't even thought to ask. Jae also engaged my son in conversation and shared some instructive stories about his own kids' experiences behind the wheel. Jae efficiently handled the paperwork and my son drove the car home that same evening.
