I had a great experience working with Craig and buying at Leith, and would recommend without hesitation. Craig was very upfront about everything and explained the vehicle and the buying process well. The whole thing took several months due to supply chain issues, but the wait time ended up only about half Craig's worst-case estimate from when I first walked in the door, and he kept me comfortably updated the entire time. After purchasing our certified preowned RAV4, we stopped for lunch on the way home and I noticed a very small hairline crack in the windshield. I called Hunter and told him what I had found and was under the understanding that a vehicle should not pass CPO inspection with a cracked windshield. The only reason why I cannot give a five star rating is because management relayed a message to him for us to handle the windshield on our own and we would be reimbursed, which being a former dealership service manager myself, did not see this as the correct protocol. I Emailed the general manager about the situation and got a response within five minutes that I would be contacted by someone to schedule the vehicle to have the crack inspected and have it professionally filled. I will give it through the weekend to hear from someone before I reach out to the general manager again. More
