This was to be my third Toyota in my lifetime. I had bought a 1991 and a 2000 before this one. My boyfriend bought the '91 and it is still running great! I drove my 2000 until now. the gears were shot! I'd driven a stick shift all my life! Didn't know if I'd like an automatic.until I did my test drive with Mark Hay! Loved the freedom and I did enjoy my ride back to Fayetteville!!! It's sometimes hard to make changes when you're older but I knew this was the way to go!!! Now to figure out all the cool stuff it has and does! Mark Hay showed me so many cool features my new car had! I know I can call him any time with a question! From the beginning all the way through the process of buying my car I knew I could count on him and he would be honest with me. When we met him, he was like someone we had known for years!!! I told him I would send my daughter to him when she is ready for her new Toyota and I think that shows how much I trust his skill and honesty!!! More
