Ralph sold me my car used. The trunk mechanism wasn't working so he said they would fix it. he said they fixed the mechanism but did not fix the rubber covering, which, according to him, would not be an working so he said they would fix it. he said they fixed the mechanism but did not fix the rubber covering, which, according to him, would not be an issue. I figured when occasionally my trunk wouldn't open (about 50% of the time) it was just the sticky rubber piece they refused to replace because they were cheap getting stuck over the working mechanism. I do not know the issue, all I know is 6 months after I bought this car the trunk now won't open close to 75% of the time. I have previously contacted Ralph who did not respond. I will call Leith directly to see if this can be remedied, but I did not feel comfortable going back before now due to the staffs improper use of masks. The only thing left for me to do is leave this review. More

It did take some time though - I got there at 3:30 and didn't leave until 8:30 PM - even only looking at one car, so don't come in hungry. More
