Mike Madric was OUTSTANDING and such a great person to work with at Leith! He was kind, honest, a great listener, and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. Now, for the downside of our experience: the sales manager we worked with, Tim, made our negotiation experience pretty terrible. He talked down to us (two women buying a car) and insinuated at least 3 or 4 times that we didn’t understand that “it’s simple math.” We actually DID understand, he just wasn’t listening to us or willing to budge (or so he said until the end when he did budge a little). I would recommend Leith solely because Mike was amazing but I did not enjoy my experience with Tim. More

Mike madric was great! Got back to me immediately and answered all my questions about the different rav models and my needs. Contacted online and then met to test drive. My salesperon, Mike Madric, had the vehicle I wanted to look at ready when I arrived with 0 wait time. My wife and I liked it on appearance the took it for a test drive. This also went well. I must say ahead of time I had emailed back and forth with Mr. Madric a lot since I live about an hour and a half away and did not want to make this drive and leave disappointed or angry. While I think the price could have been better, and my trade should have gotten better this was all out of Mr. Madrdic's hands, he did all he could. The business department did well also. Almost everything was already for us to go over and sign when he escorted us to his office. I apologize but do not recall the name. He again went over everything, did not place any undue pressure to purchase add-on services, just explained why they were beneficial and left it at that. Mr. Madric I should also mention was in high demand, although appointments should be scheduled he had several customers come up and made sure that he was continuing to come back to us and make sure we did not need anything. Other than the money side, I could not have been treated better. Thank you to the fine staff at Leith Toyota. More
