Have had several issues with service over the last couple years since the purchase of my 2020 Kia Sportage. Shortly after the airbag recall was "fixed", my airbag light came back on, requiring me to schedule a second trip in to have this taken care of. When making my second appointment, I addressed a new issue of what sounded like a blown speaker in the front passenger door. They claimed it would be taken care of, along with the second airbag recall fix. After waiting 3 weeks for parts, and no communication from the dealership upon arrival of the parts (I had to call and check and they told me the part was there), completion of the second air bag fix was done. However, my speaker concerns were carelessly dismissed and I was told I was incorrect about a blown speaker, saying he didn'thear anything wrong. A tasteless "joke" was then made when I mentioned that I wasn't crazy about the blown speaker. Per my request, a second service employee confirmed that a speaker was in fact blown and was quite obvious to hear. I specifically made this concern about the speaker known prior to my second visit but apparently fell on deaf ears. So now, after a second round to fix an airbag recall, I have to make a third appointment to correct the blown speaker. Hopefully there is communication when the parts needed actually arrive this time. Extremely disappointed in the handling of both my vehicle and my time. To be fair, Rich and Scott in service were very helpful. I can't remember the name of the one who gave me problems. More
I’ve been to this dealer numerous times and they charge you for a “diagnosis fee” that they can’t seem to get right. 1st time for the noise in the front end the suggested I have my wheel well cover’s remou you for a “diagnosis fee” that they can’t seem to get right. 1st time for the noise in the front end the suggested I have my wheel well cover’s remounted so I did. Then they said during the next service that the noise was from needing struts and an alignment. At another garage they found it was just a bad bushing. That cleared the noise right up. Another time I reported that I may have had a hung up caliber and they said it was fine. Took it to someone else and my rear caliber needed to be replaced. The drag on the car was no longer there. They don’t know there own cars. All they do is look to see what’s do be replaced according to the cars mileage and that’s it. More
