Basically, a good job, i brought in my car for an oil change. I asked Scott to check my engine light because it came on. The repair shop that i used to go to told me its the gas cap. I changed caps 3 tim change. I asked Scott to check my engine light because it came on. The repair shop that i used to go to told me its the gas cap. I changed caps 3 times and it still comes on. I was charged $70 for this service which i didnt mind paying but on the way home my engine light came on and its still on. Its like i thru $70 out of the window for nothing. I was issued a list of repairs that are needed but i will have to take care of them one at a time and according to what is needed the most. I have confidence in your service department but please take it easy. There is a recession going on in the real world that is why i am repairing and not buying. Scott always does a good job and piece of mind is important to me More

Where do I begin… so I bought a Chevy Trax In September and everyone was so good to me and helped me through the process. They made things very easy! So long story short I was in an accident on January 31s and everyone was so good to me and helped me through the process. They made things very easy! I finally called Alex on February 8th and he made me feel more relaxed and said he would take care of everything.( he did) On February 9th he drove to my home and picked me up personally and drove to to Kia dealership where I met some wonderful people like Bill who took really good care of my loan and saved me a lot of money, Then Mike from the finance department, he made the paperwork effortless and explained every page and what I was actually signing and was very patient , I also met another car sales representative named Sam who was super friendly and talked to me and it helped keep my anxiety at bay. I would like to thank all of the employees at this location for helping me while I felt like the world was ending especially Alex who went above and beyond to reassure me that everything was going to be okay! I would recommend this Kia to everyone I meet and I’m always going to be a customer here! Thanks Kia! More
