My first time to the Service department and did not have an appointment. I needed an oil change before a road trip. Even though they were booked Miguel got me squeezed in. He communicated with me through my entire visit and cleaned my car for me afterwards. He made a stressful moment better. The world is a better place with more people like Miguel. Debrah John’s always does a great job. She makes sure that I understand what will be done during each service as well as any other recommendations that are needed. Ms John’s is Lawton Kia best employee, friendly, courtesy, respectful, and knowledgeable. On the other hand, I don’t understand why every time my there are recalls on a vehicles, Lawton KIA seems to always NOT be able to perform the service on that recall. I literally have to drive an 1 hour 20 min to BOB MOORE KIA to get the recalls fix. Prime example the latest Dri-Shaft recall, Lawton KIA claims to not have the software, but any KIA dealership in Oklahoma City always have NO issues in getting the recalls fixed for me. On May 28th I now have to drive up to Oklahoma City to get a recall addressed again, because my local Kia dealership doesn’t have the capability to check the recall. More
