Two fuses and a pair if pliers were left under my hood from a service tech at this location. The service was for a recall. My car started to have issues and that's when those parts were discovered. That's when I had the great misfortune to speak to Amanda. She was confrontational, aggressive, and accusatory that I had essentially either sabatoged my car or a person broke into it and di d this. She should never be allowed to speak to anyone in this manner, let alone a customer. I never wanted to go there to begin with, but it was the nearest location for my recalls. I will not be returning ever to this dealership because of how awful she treated me. Alan was very pleasant. More
