I went to test drive a 2024 New Kia, and they said no and showed me a 2020 Kia that was old and said it was the same thing and wouldn’t let me test drive the new one…… never going there again. Went to Ford a showed me a 2020 Kia that was old and said it was the same thing and wouldn’t let me test drive the new one…… never going there again. Went to Ford and I got to test drive 4 NEW vehicles and only took two hours for me to drive home in my New Bronco Sport!!!!! And they have an amazing package that goes with buying the vehicle….. I’m Ford all the way!!!!! Everyone is nice and they listened to what my needs were….. Kia you need to upgrade the people who work there!!! Because that was just stupidity and could have had a sell…. We purchased our Telluride and that process just took a long time. I personally don’t like that they add on a warranty to every single vehicle that you HAVE TO buy, yet they don’t put that on the sticker p long time. I personally don’t like that they add on a warranty to every single vehicle that you HAVE TO buy, yet they don’t put that on the sticker price when you ask the price of the vehicle however that “extra cost” ( can’t remember exactly how much it was but over 2k) is listed as the vehicle cost on your paperwork making your taxes go up. Any other additional costs you don’t pay tax cause it’s a service not the price of the vehicle. Nevertheless we knew about it and they had the vehicle I wanted… Now the service department has been a nightmare! With that fee it includes a number of oil changes, so naturally we have been taking it there for that… except they charged us a few times when they shouldn’t have and then said they would just add additional ones to our account. After a couple times I had to have them send it to me in an email. Especially since every time we go we are being told something different. I needed a tire repair no big deal, until a couple days later when I got a flat and the wheel lock was now missing… I live an hour away for any Kia. After we limp it in we were told they would replace the key. Then I got another nail and needed a repair, when I got there I asked if they had that key put aside for us and the answer was “the one I put aside for you was actually defective so I don’t have one. You can purchase a new one or we can change all your lug nuts to non locking for $7/each” I chose to change them. When the car was ready we were told they changed those the last time I was there so no worries on the $7/each. Awesome NOT!!! 2 DAYS LATER I get a flat complete flat and couldn’t change it due to the locks still being on! I couldn’t drive the car at this point so after much back and forth they said they were going to send someone to repair the tire and switch the stinking 🔩. The guy came put our spare on took the other tire back (to see if it was fixable I guess?) and he switched out the locking lug nuts. They called us after he returned to the dealership with the tire and We ended up needing a new tire. I let them know that I would be in the next day Saturday… and also told them that the other tire same side has a slow leak asked if they can look at that and if it needed to be replaced just go ahead and do that. I also explained to them several times that I was going on a business trip and needed to drive 8 hrs after leaving the lot. Repair man comes to me when all is done and said “the new tire is on and the other one just needed a patch so we repaired that for you and for your troubles didn’t charge you” I start on my road trip… 2 hours in the tire that they just repaired is loosing air! I had to stay in a hotel until I could get it fixed… and in the morning ended up getting a new tire from somewhere. When we called them Monday (I WAS SO MAD!!) we were told “we didn’t fit the other time the notes say that you refused the repair” WHY ON EARTH!!! I will not be going back the $80 every 6 weeks or so is not worth having to deal with lies and never knowing if things are actually being done that they say they did. More

She was very helpful, very transparent and very customer service, friendly, especially during a time where there’s class action lawsuits with settlements and a lot going on. I was very impressed with the service manager, Amanda as well they gave me a loaner car whenever those are very rare the loaner car had a few issues after a handful or more days, and they easily told me how to contact Kia in and that they would reimburse me up to $45 a day on the Rent-A-Car so that really helped me as I’m a social worker and I have to travel for my job so I appreciate the service manager everybody in the department has been really helpful during the time that’s so hard like having your engine replaced and stuff so I’m just very happy to have them working on my team More
Impressed with the customer service and the recognition of me as I came and went during the day. However, said the service would take 2 hrs and it actually took 4 hrs.
