Vehicle has spent half a year, out of the first year of ownership, in their service department. Vehicle still does not function correctly and has shut down on the highway causing unsafe driving conditions. More

Vinny is a manager who sold a vehicle with a known recall for safety issues, and did not ensure all recalls were complete prior to placing this vehicle on the lot, allowing test drive, and delivery. The recall is for detection of a bad engine which once the knock-sensor update was done immediately showed a this vehicle had a bad engine. This was a known defect.that your dealership and your manager placed for sale. The vehicle has went into limp mode several times on the highway, thankfully I have not been in heavy traffic. So no, I don’t think I have any desire to call your unethical manager who has predatory business practices.

But for anyone reading this, and considering doing business with Lawton Kia, I have spoken with the managers numerous times. The are very aware. I have had cases with Kia customer care for months. Also consider calling customer care to get help prior to purchasing these vehicles. The wait time is about 3 hours, because they have sold so many terrible cars.
