I was recommended by my sister who bought her first BMW at this dealership with Frank Fuzer and most important impress by her monthly payment, so six months later I went to the dealership without an appoin at this dealership with Frank Fuzer and most important impress by her monthly payment, so six months later I went to the dealership without an appointment and asked for frank, who quickly stepped away from what he was doing and came to introduce himself. I told him what I was looking for and around what I would like my monthly payments to be. He was such a pro, worked out the numbers quickly in his head and gave me a rough estimate. He was busy with other appointments and quickly took notes, Said he would give me a call, which he did later on in the evening and had already located the car for me. The next day I was driving my new BMW and has since bought a second one from Mr. Fuzer, so has my friends and fellow co-workers....My sister is on her second too! I recommend Mr Fuzer 100%. More

Had my BMW serviced and immediately reported a minor problem. Was told that I could return anytime within the 2 year warranty for repair. At my next repair 10 months later, was told that the problem was problem. Was told that I could return anytime within the 2 year warranty for repair. A clean facility and good coffee is nice, but what really separates them from the rest is the quality people they employ. In choosing Lauderdale BMW to sell or lease me a vehicle, the biggest factor for me is Steve Pelkey. I’ve always felt Steve is atypical for the auto industry. Steve continually proves he is honest, sincere and always delivers what he promises. This is so refreshing in the auto industry which doesn’t usually enjoy a great reputation. I know a little about your industry not so much from my wife and I leasing or buying twenty cars but more so from representing many major automobile dealerships in Florida in some of their legal matters over the past decade or two. Without hesitation, I refer Steve to all my friends, family members and colleagues. Last month, my “older” brother leased an X-6 from Steve, Howard’s first BMW, hopefully not his last. I’ve referred many friends, doctors, brokers, attorneys and some judges, all of whom have come back to me with glowing reports of how they were treated.
