I was to purchase a BMW X5 from this dealer. The salesman told us yeah yeah the car is here here the day after test drive. When we told them we were on our way to come get the car and got the run around. The told us yeah yeah the car is here here the day after test drive. Then the salesman's was "I am on vacation can you wait until I get back", then he said oh call the other sales man I have to split my commission. When I spoke to the other salesman he was not upfront with me either. He said he had to check if the car was still there. This was the first indication there was a problem. I asked why would he have to check if they car had been pulled aside and my name put on it. Hearing a miss in his voice, he said he just had to check. 45 min later the original salesman call back and said he could not believe that somebody sold our car even with our name on it. I told him I was mad but my wife cleaned out her car for trade in and I needed to get her a car. I asks whim to see if he could get one on dealer trade. 45 more minutes and the Sales Manager called me to say he did not understand how this could shave happen and was sorry. Then he proceeds to tell me that he is sorry because the car I was to buy my salesman delivered to another customer 2 days before. All this means is that the salesman was straight out lying to me. If your wondering the salesman's name was Romel Rodriguez. The upside is that I went to Brahman Motors and bought the X5 for less money and great customer service. More
