Tania who answers the phone is very rude. I have been scamed 3 times by the service department. They gave me false quotes and they didn't fix the problem. I met with Mike to ascertain my interest in the redesigned 328i. Throughout the sales process Mike was helpful and professional. Most important, what ever Mike stated as a fact turned out to be the truth and he always timely returned my phone calls. Upon delivery of my car, due to a setting problem on my iphone, we had trouble pairing my iphone. Well Mike, and Matt Bittan and Sergio Bolanos from the service department, refused to give up. In fact, Matt through a web search and personal contacts, solved the problem. Instead of throwing their hands up they all went beyond the call of duty to satisfy the customer. They spent two hours of their time to get the bluetooth working. Great job guys! More

I visited the Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines dealer a couple of weeks ago with the idea of just test driving the new 2012 BMW 328i. I was not sure which luxury vehicle of the same class I was getting, b couple of weeks ago with the idea of just test driving the new 2012 BMW 328i. I was not sure which luxury vehicle of the same class I was getting, but once I drove the BMW 328i I was not sure to continue searching for more options. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael Fuentes who greeted us (husband and kids) and gave us a test drive. While testing the car, Michael explained all the different features about the vehicle and was very informative regarding its engine capacity. I was impressed! Once we sat down to review the numbers, Michael listened to our needs and what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was not your typical pushy salesperson; he had a lot of patience and very pleasant. It was quite a nice and unforgettable experience to meet such a pleasant sales person. Michael gave us facts, looked us in the eye, listened to what we wanted and ultimately gave us the opportunity to shop around knowing that we would meet again. Michael followed up with me every day to make sure I had some time to make up my mind regarding the vehicle brand and model I wanted. Once I make my decision I gave him a price and type of model I was offered…he quickly found another unit which was not found in other dealerships, it had one less feature but a much entertaining price. We ran the numbers through email which was very convenient for me and agreed to a price that we can both live with. This was the easiest, least frustrating vehicle purchase I have ever made. It is refreshing to find that salesmen of his caliber still exist. He was very good at explaining all the features in the vehicle and did not rush once!! He even had the windows tinted for us before we arrived. He was thorough and diligent in following up with me when it arrived. When we came in to take possession of the car he spent ample time with my wife taking her through every feature in the car (and it has many).
